Simple ChineseReally easy to make, really delicious to eat.. What a relief and satisfaction after you eat.. So how do we make it?
Okay first you decide which vegitables you like and also which vegitables you like together.. I really love eggplants and thats actually the hardest choice for this meal as they get cooked harder than most of the other vegitables. I prefer cooking the eggplants chopped and in a boiling oil for about 5 minutes stiring them. Other than them I like zucchinis so I let them boil in a sauce pan. chopped long and thin with a little water. Sometimes I add broccolis in it as well. Chopped and added to the same sauce pan. I always put my chopped chicken breast in soya sauce for 20 minutes before I start quicking. (And I even add a little bit - 2 ts - of starch in it.) I take my wok (special chinese pan for the ones who dont know - as seen in the picture - normally mine is not metal I prefer teflon!) put a little soya oil and add chopped garlic, and chopped fresh ginger with high heat. But be careful it is necessary to stir really quickly when you cook on high heat. Add chopped fresh onions or any other greens you like, and than add the chicken or meat. If you like you can add cashews or/and almonds (and if you like the almonds without skins you can put them in a boiled water for 30 minutes.) After the chicken/meat is almost cooked you can add your vegetables, you can also add vegetables that do not need a pre cooking like corn, bean sprouts, beans or any canned vegetable. At the end you can add spagetti or not, and also may add hot sauce, oyster sauce, and soya sauce! You are ready to go! |
Simple Thai Chicken CurryStir some chopped chicken with a little oil and take it a side, boil some vegetables you like (i.e:broccoli) than stir them a little by adding corn, bean sprouts or any other vegetable you like, than add the chicken, coconut milk and curry. You can serve it with rice, preferably jasmine or basmati rice. Easy and yummy.

It is moist and delicious.
Just try it and see it yourself. So the ingredients you need are; - one egg, - a pinch of salt, - one table spoon sugar, - two table spoons oil, - one cup flour, - one tea spoon baking powder, - half a tea spoon baking soda, - one cup milk . . . *** And the tips for cooking; beat all ingredients and cook on a grill.. If you have a (pancake) grill you will have the best result.. Definitely better than cooking on a pan . . Kabak PabucakiCut the zucchinis in half and clear their middle parts with the help of a spoon, they will look like a boat. Then fill it with the following filling. Filling: Ricotta cheese, fresh chives, salt, pepper. If you want it to be light just put some grated cheese on top or mozzarella and put it in the oven, it will be ready within 15-20 minutes. However, if you don't care if it is light or not, then you can first cover the top of the filling with a bechamel sauce than put the grated cheese and oven. Bechamel Sauce: Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat until foaming. Add flour. Cook, stirring, for 1 to 2 minutes or until bubbling. Remove from heat. Slowly add milk, whisking constantly, until mixture is smooth. Return to heat. Cook, stirring with a wooden spoon, for 10 to 12 minutes or until sauce comes to the boil, thickens and coats the back of a wooden spoon. Remove from heat. Stir in parmesan, salt and nutmeg.
